ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

School Growth & Expansion Strategies (SGES) is a practical executive program designed to help school owners and leaders move beyond day-to-day operations and intentionally position their institutions for sustainable growth. Participants explore practical strategies for strengthening school positioning, increasing enrollment, improving parent experience, building institutional visibility, strengthening financial sustainability, developing partnerships and planning responsibly for expansion.
